Jan has 35 years of experience is Sales and Management of which the last 7 was spent in Agri businesses, and is committed to ensuring a better quality of life for others. He is tasked with the Training, Technology and on-site Management of the Project.

Ferdie Wiese

Technical Director

Ferdie is the quintessential example of reliability and prides himself on not giving up until it works and quality is guaranteed. Ferdie’s whole working life has been spent in the Agri industry. He is tasked with the Infrastructure and Equipment Management of the Project. With Jan he will share the on-site Management of the Project.

Johan du Plessis

Strategic Marketing Director

He is tasked to Strategically advise NatGro on all aspects of the Project. Johan has a BA Degree in Christian Psychology and has been in the FMCG industry for the past ten years in which vegetables was produced, value added to and sold to all segments of market.

Financial Planning is a very dynamic subject and that is why a client’s needs and goals must be identified, because it also is dynamic. One size most certainly won’t fit all.

 

After getting to know each individual client we start developing a unique financial plan to help them reach their objectives. It is important to acknowledge that a client’s goals might change over time. This is why reviewing our clients’ portfolios on a regular basis is of the utmost importance. During these review sessions we determine whether the financial plan set in place is still suitable to reach the client’s said goals. If not, we need to tweak and/or adjust the parameters to reach the new goal.

 

To emphasise, the financial planning process is a continuous process. Goals will only be reached if the client and planner walk the road together.
